All our work is made-to-order, we cannot offer a refund on your purchases if you change your mind. However, if you would like to postpone the delivery of your order, please give us notice 2 full working days in advance of the original delivery date. Kindly also note that flowers and materials might be replaced due to availability and seasonality. There will be no duplication of design of flower arrangement as all our items are all hand crafted. Colours may appear slightly different in reality due to photography lighting conditions, variances in computer screen calibration, digital imaging or due to the nature of flowers.

Payment info

All prices (flowers, related goods, delivery, etc) listed on our online shop are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) . All our online transactions are processed via Paynow and Bank transfer only. Full payment is required when placing your order in our online shop. Orders will only be confirmed upon receipt of payment

About Delivery and Returns

Free standard delivery for order above $39. Delivery time and date selected by you are subjected to confirmation from us. ** We do not deliver to Tuas area, Jurong Island, Sentosa Island, Changi Airport, Sembawang Shipyard, All Army camps and All PSA Ports ** **If our free delivery slot fully book, delivery charges at SGD15 per item to Singapore addresses, except P.O. Box addresses and unless otherwise stated. Delivery during peak periods such as selected eves of, or public holidays, Valentine’s Day, Mother's Day, Chinese New Year, Christmas, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day, may incur additional charges. Please ensure that the recipient or a representative is available in the address provided and time frame selected for delivery. Kindly provide us your telephone contact number as well as your recipient’s contact number should we need to reach either party during delivery.
Useful information about delivery and returns
If at the time of delivery, no recipient or representative is available to receive the flowers, the courier will call the recipient and/or the sender for further instructions. If both the sender and recipient cannot be contacted via telephone within 15 minutes of the courier's arrival, the flowers will be left at a reception/ front desk, or at the door. We will not be responsible for any lost or damaged items from that point onwards. Kindly note that we also may not be able to produce an authorized signature as proof of delivery, if it is not received directly by the intended recipient. Should any party (sender or recipient) request for a re-direction to a different address or a re-delivery at another time slot , it will only be scheduled upon payment of a $15 re-direction fee by either party. We will not be liable for any damages arising directly or indirectly from the late delivery or non-delivery of orders under any of the following circumstances: · The recipient was not present at the address given within the hours during which delivery was requested. · An incorrect address was provided. · No such person was at the given address. · No valid contact number was provided for Love In Mind to reasonably attempt to contact the recipient to make delivery. · Delivery vehicle is subject to delays from building management/security Upon delivery and acceptance of flowers, no return/refund will be accepted. Recipients would be responsible to check the flowers before parting with our delivery team. The product will be your responsibility from the time the delivery has been handed to you and we bear no responsibility from then onwards. If you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately with a description of the issue as well as a picture of the issue, where possible, in order for us to offer a resolution as efficiently as possible.
